Where It Started
PostureTru began with a simple realization.
After years of working long hours at a desk, I noticed the same pattern almost every day. I would start the morning sitting upright, focused and energized. A few hours later, without realizing it, I would be leaning forward with rounded shoulders and a stiff neck.
The problem was never knowing what good posture looked like. The problem was remembering it while I was busy working.
When I looked at existing posture products, most relied on discomfort or restriction. They reminded you by forcing your body into position, but they did not help build lasting habits.
I wanted something different. Instead of correcting posture through force, I wanted a product that simply brought awareness back at the exact moment it mattered. A gentle reminder that lets your body do the rest.
That idea became PostureTru.
